East Riding of Yorkshire Council Rights of Way Improvement Plan 2022 – 2032
East Riding of Yorkshire Council is updating the Rights of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP) to reflect important changes in the benefits that our countryside paths provide; for example health and well-being, active travel, leisure and recreation, and the social and economic value that the network provides.
We are undertaking a consultation to ensure that the revised ROWIP reflects the challenges facing the network over the next ten years.
