You can choose to keep this tab / these tabs open while you are commenting on the documents in order to refer to them throughout the process. To return to this survey form, simply come back to this tab, which will need to remain open.

If you wish to pause at any point and return to the response form later, there is a ‘save and continue later’ button at the end of every section. On selecting this button, you will be asked for an email address and a unique link will be emailed to you. Using the unique link, you can return to the point at which you left off and continue making your response. If you ‘save and continue’, but decide you have no further comments to make, you will still need to return to the response form using the link emailed to you and complete the entire response form to ensure that your comments are submitted. Your comments will not be sent to the Forward Planning team until you complete the survey – either by confirming you have no more comments to make, or by using the ‘Finish Survey’ button.

At the end of each section there is the option to upload up to 5 documents that you may have that support your comments in that section. You can upload any supporting documents in variety of file formats, of up to 50mb each. You can use this to add supporting materials or to expand upon any points you made that exceeded the character limit in a question.

This form has two parts –

Part B – Your comment(s). Please fill in a separate Part B for each comment you wish to make.

This online form gives you the option to comment on up to 15 different aspects of the Proposed Modifications to the Local Plan Update through Part B. If you have more than 15 aspects that you’d like to comment on, please submit the survey form and start a new one, giving you the chance to comment on up to 15 more aspects. You will only need to provide your contact details once per survey form, not 15 times.

A copy of all comments will be made available to the Planning Inspector and comments will be ‘made available’ in line with the Regulations (The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 – Regulations 20, 22 and 35). Comments will also be made publicly available on the council’s website in due course after the consultation period has ended.

The council only redacts personal data in respect of email addresses, telephone numbers and signatures. Names, organisations and clients (where applicable) will be visible.
